Assistant Manager
(Salary up to $32,000, with bonus potential)
The Assistant Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. Minimum qualifications for this position are 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within the food service/retail/customer service industry, including Profit & Loss responsibility. Strong customer service skills required. High School diploma or GED preferred.
