Dental Insurance
Eligibility begins on the first of the month 60 days after hire date.
Single coverage rates: $14/month
Family coverage rates: $30/month

Two weeks at the beginning of the year.
Prorated if hired later in the year.
Three weeks after completion of five years of service.
