Medical Insurance

Our Medical plans are with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Florida.  Eligibility begins on the first of the month 60 days after hire date. We offer affordable BlueOptions plans for family or employee-only coverage.  Please refer to your benefits package for specific plan details and rates.

Dental Insurance

Eligibility begins on the first of the month 60 days after hire date.
Single coverage rates: $14/month
Family coverage rates: $30/month
Orthodontic benefits included.

401K

Must be 21 years or older and have 1 year tenure with The Progressive Companies.
Up to 10% company match.
Open enrollment twice a year for eligible employees.

Life Insurance

Employer paid if employee enrolled in either Medical or Dental insurance program.
$25,000 coverage for employee

General Managers & Assistant Managers receive:

Vacation

Two weeks at the beginning of the year.
Prorated if hired later in the year.
Three weeks after completion of five years of service.
Four weeks after completion of ten years of service.

Sick Time

Eligible for five days per year.

Long Term Disability Insurance

Free benefit for General Managers only.
Eligibility begins on the first of the month 60 days after hire date. Enrollment is automatic – no forms required.
60% of regular salary paid while disabled.

Shift Managers receive:

Vacation

One week at the beginning of the year
Prorated if hired later in the year.
Two weeks after completion of five years of service.
