FIELD OPERATIONS TEAM

Jim George comes to The Progressive Companies with many years of quick service restaurant experience having worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken for twenty two years.
Jim began his career as a senior in high school and worked his way through the ranks of General Manager, Field Training Manager, Staffing Leader, YUM! Staffing Manager and finally Area Coach.
Jim’s Gainesville market includes 6 local restaurants.
Jim and wife Teresa have a daughter, Caroline. Jim’s hobbies include collecting guns and autographs.

Trisha is the Area Coach for Progressive Restaurant’s west coast market that includes seven stores located in the cities of Ocala, Inverness and Crystal River. Trisha is active in her community and has chosen to focus her civic energies with the Boys and Girls Club of Marion County where she currently serves on their local Board of Directors.
Trisha began her career with a Burger King franchise in high school as a team member and through the next 28 years worked her way up the ladder to assume the position of district manager with that organization. Trisha joined Progressive Restaurants in 2003 as a restaurant general manager and was quickly promoted to Area Coach for her current region.
Trisha’s hobbies include fishing and scuba diving.

Mike has been with Progressive Restaurants for six years. He began his QSR career by working for McDonalds in high school. After high school, Mike served with the Army National Guard for 5 years. A move to Florida was the impetus to begin his career with Taco Bell. Mike is currently an Area Coach in the West Coast market for Progressive Restaurants.
Mike and wife Melissa have two children, daughter Mackenzie and son Dylan. Mike is Boise State Broncos fan and enjoys collecting dragons and sports memorabilia.

David joined Progressive Restaurants Inc. in October of 2002. He came to us with 27 years experience in the QSR industry. His career included 17 years as an owner/operator/franchisee with Sonic Drive-Ins in Georgia and a 6 year association with Wendy’s in Georgia and Florida. Strengths in operations and people development have allowed him success in store and market turnarounds. David runs the East Coast area of our Company, which includes St. Augustine, Palm Coast and Palatka, FL.
The woman behind the man is Connie, his wife since 1976. They have 2 grown sons, Luke and Casey, and 5 grandchildren. David enjoys family get-togethers, the occasional golf game and short “Jeep” excursions with Connie.

Kathy joined Progressive Restaurants in 2004 in the position of Restaurant General Manager after many years of working for a Wendy’s franchisee. Kathy has spent the last twenty eight years of her career in the full and quick service restaurant fields. Kathy now serves as Area Coach for our Tallahassee market overseeing the operations and management of our 7 local stores.
Kathy graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelors in Business.
Kathy’s hobbies include flower gardening, biking and board games. She is active with the Boys and Girls Club of the Big Bend. Kathy and husband Steve have a son, Ryan, daughter, Becky and two grandchildren.

Jorge has been with the Taco Bell brand since 2002 and is the Area Coach for all seven Miami restaurants. His past experience includes working for Marriott for ten years in the Raleigh North Carolina market. His career with Marriott began with him working as a Front Desk Clerk, Director of Housekeeping, Assistant General Manager and finally General Manager.
Jorge was born in Puerto Rico and came to the mainland when he reached the age of eighteen. His secondary education began at the University of Central Florida in Orlando and he graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.
Jorge and wife Deborah have two daughters. Jorge’s hobbies include all saltwater sports with favorites being kayaking and fishing.

Glennda Gallion is the Franchise Field Training Coach. She was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana. She began her career with Taco Bell in in 1979 as a cashier while still in high school. Glennda worked her way up to through the company to Restaurant General Manager, District Manager and finally the FFTC supporting all markets within The Progressive Companies system.
Glennda and husband, Butch have one daughter Amber. Amber is currently serving her country as an active member of the United States Air Force.
Glennda’s hobbies include volunteering and reading. She usually reads two to three books simultaneously. |
