Restaurant General Manager
(Salary up to $47,000, with bonus potential)
The Restaurant General Manager has total operational and financial responsibility for an individual restaurant unit and is able to manage it within the policies and guidelines of Progressive Restaurants, Inc. to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization. Minimum qualifications for this position are 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment including Profit & Loss responsibility. High School diploma, College or University Degree preferred.
