Progressive Restaurants’ PROT.E.A.M.
Tenure, Excellence, Attitude and Motivation
ProT.E.A.M. is an employee recognition program created by Nick Davis to encourage tenure and commitment to excellence throughout the Progressive system. Employees who meet the qualifications to become ProT.E.A.M. members are recognized company-wide and gain many additional benefits and perks. Employees are acknowledged in ways that are visible to their peers and visiting guests. This recognition program is one that rewards tenure, skill excellence, positive attitude and motivation. We are rewarding Customer Maniacs!

Qualifications to become a ProT.E.A.M. member include the following:
One year of continuous service.
Pass general knowledge, portion or ingredient tests with 90% or above score twice yearly. Tests given in P5 and P12.
Employee must work a minimum of 20 hours weekly.
STP certified in either all service or all production positions.
Pass all skill observations with a score of 100%.
Benefits for ProT.E.A.M. staff include the following:
ProT.E.A.M.hat with team logo.
Personalized certificate of recognition.
Engraved nametags with employee name and years of service.
$50.00 bonus paid on last payroll before Christmas holiday. Bonus increases to $100 after five years of service; $200 after ten years of service.
Birthday off with pay.
Paid vacation dependent upon number of average hours worked weekly during year.
The Progressive ProT.E.A.M. program has become an important part of our culture at Progressive Restaurants.
